Since 1984, Brothers Antique Mall, the oldest antique mall in Medina, has featured more than 100 individual dealers in an interesting layout of more than 12,000 square feet between two buildings.

Unlike many antique malls, visitors to Brothers will experience a unique floor plan that weaves through the buildings like an old home full of rooms of character rather than rows and rows of rented cubicles and glass boxes.  Each space is "decorated" and uncluttered.  In fact, many visitors say walking through the mall is a somewhat relaxing museum experience that affords them the opportunity to touch and buy.

Our tenant dealers have a wonderfully interesting collection of beautiful wood furniture, collectible dolls, turn-of-the-century tools and farm equipment, as well as hard-to-find copies of books and many unique items you wouldn't expect.

Brothers Antique Mall rents space to individual dealers and sells their items for them.  We process all sales, pay the sales tax and write dealers a check for their sales every 2 weeks. With their checks they receive, we include the price tags from the items with each sales slip as well as a print out listing of all sales for the period. 

Unlike some places, Brothers Antique Mall does not require dealers to work at the store. We also don't require an inventory list or records of their items.  They can literally come in twice a month (to freshen up their space) or we can just mail them their checks.  We help load and unload things for the dealers and customers.  We do not have a formal delivery service, but often times arrangements can be made within reason.  

The rent for each space is configured according to its merit, size and traffic within the store.  We do not look like a grocery store with long "aisles" of furniture.  We have many different rooms and areas (nooks, if you will) and each one is special. 

The prices for locked glass cases are pretty standard at $1.50 per day.  Leases are currently 6 months or 12 months for floor space and 3 or 6 months for cases. 

To promote our dealers, we advertise in the major antique trade papers such as: the Sunday Driver, American Antiques, Antique Week and Farm and Dairy to name a few. 

Brothers Antique Mall also hosts and supports local events, advertise in local papers and, of course, have a presence on the internet where our tenants can upload items with photos and information to draw attention to their booths.
